I’m using my Twitter personality for a number of issues but this is personal. I was a rape victim/survivor whatever you call it nowadays back in the eighties when I lived in Dallas. The crime was recently solved in December 2008 but the Statute of Limitations has run out to prosecute the career criminal who did this. He has never been identified as a sexual predator before.
A new bill is before the Texas Legislature would create an identifier for such persons to be entered into the computerized database. I support these bills and I’m telling my story to tell you why.
