So how is Karma today? Did she get her next treatment? Please keep us up to date on her condition; she is a very special dog & You’re lucky to have each other! 😉
Thanks for writing and asking about Karma.
She has completed her Heartworm treatments and last month returned to the vet to have her bloodwork done to see if there were any signs left.
I am happy to report she received a clean bill of health and she has so much more energy than she did when I first got her.
She was very lethargic and didn’t like to play at all. She smiled but was not much interested in anything much. She did not even try to sniff other dogs and aknowledge their presence.
Now she plays, and jumps … she like to chase me and I chase her back.
She was finally spayed last month so no more unwanted puppies from this dog will be floating around.
We do see her son who still lives in the junkyard by my terminal in Hutchins Texas but he is wild. He looks healthy but he has adapted to his life aparently and no one has ever been able to get close enough to catch him.
